By using Jarvis SDK, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Jarvis SDK ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@jarvissdk.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
One person or entity may maintain multiple tenant accounts, but automated account creation is prohibited.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use modules to send spam, phishing, or malicious content
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Use the Service to build a competing product
- Submit modules containing malware, backdoors, or data-exfiltration code
- Abuse the free tier to avoid paying for production workloads
4. Modules & Marketplace
Modules published to the marketplace undergo certification review. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or suspend any module that violates these terms or poses a security risk.
Module creators retain ownership of their code. By publishing, you grant Jarvis SDK a non-exclusive license to distribute and execute the module within the platform. Creators earn 80% of revenue from paid module executions, paid monthly via Stripe Connect.
5. Billing & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Overage charges apply when you exceed your plan's execution limit ($0.001 per execution on Pro and Business). Free tier executions are paused (not billed) when the limit is reached.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Service Level
We target 99.9% uptime for the API. Enterprise plans include custom SLA terms. We are not liable for downtime caused by: third-party service outages, scheduled maintenance (announced 48 hours in advance), force majeure events, or actions taken to prevent security incidents.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We process execution inputs only to perform the requested action and do not store input/output payloads.
8. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AFFIXEDAI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonably possible. Upon termination, your API keys are revoked and data is retained per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your account before they take effect.
